This extended the cable on of the rear view mirror cams from tiktok so I could mount the rear view camera facing my trailer hitch. The stock cable didn't quite reach on a 4 door truck. No issues. Snug fit.

I was moving a Wolfbox rear view camera from a motorhome to a trailer. I needed an extension cable to carry the signal the extra length of the trailer and to give me a disconnect at the trailer hitch for when the tow vehicle was being used without the trailer. This worked perfectly until it came apart after a few uses.The problem for my intended use is that the cable plug fits very tightly into the mating socket. It is probably intended for a one time connection to keep weather out and to make a connection that won't come apart unintentionally. I needed one that separates easily.So I bought a second one and scraped the body of the plug to reduce its diameter until it easily mates and unmates with the socket on the cable on my truck. I think it will work reliably for a long time now.
