Apparently, a dana 35 wasn't meant to be abused in the ways I abused it and fortunately, the carrier gears took the brunt of the damage. These were easy to replace and fit in the carrier just fine. I will likely have to move up to a dana 44, but for now, these are running fine.

I am aware that this is an inexpensive fix rather than replacing the whole assembly. It was fairly easy to rebuild and came with all the parts needed. The only issue is that the gears appear that they weren't properly hardened at the factory. After driving about 200 miles two of the gears literally split in half. I don't recommend buying this product. I wish someone else sold a kit like this that is actually quality. I ended up replacing the whole assembly. Unfortunately I missed the window to return this.

Used these in my 2000 GMC Sierra with a 10 bolt 8.6in rear differential. My original spider gears had been in service for 190,000 miles. These were a great replacement to keep my rear diff going for another 190k. They are a bit different than the original ones but they fit great. Photos: pic with new gears in packaging. Other pic is original spider gears that were starting to show some scaring.

After sending me the wrong set the first time three months later I got the right set and they work perfect 😂

Everything worked except the pinion shims were incorrect. They are the wrong size to go behind the inner bearing race. Yukon told me to order a different shim kit. How about you put the correct shims in the kit in the first place.
