This headworn microphone has clear sound and works well. It is comfortable to use and is very light weight to the point you forget you're wearing it. The wind dome reduces wind noise and with the microphone next to your mouth you do not get the hard pops from things like 'P's and 'T's. The connector fits my Shure body packs and the wire in long enough to run it down under your shirt and to your belt for the body pack to clip to.

Well, there was a lot to like about this mic before I tested it out. I liked that it was light-weight, flesh colored, had a long cable, and was relatively comfortable to wear on my ear.However, when I tried it out with my mic pack, it did technically work, but you could barely hear me, even with the channel on the board and the mic pack turned up to the maximum level. To me, it seemed like the mic was facing out away from my mouth instead of turned to be in front of it. The boom arm is bent slightly so I'm positive I was wearing it correctly. When I compared it to my original headset, which is bulkier and not as comfortable to wear, my old headset won hands down. I guess I'll be sticking with the old one for now...I don't know if I received a defective unit or what, but I really can't recommend this mic at all. Maybe it would work better with a different mic pack but I only have one and it works perfectly with my old headset.
