These heat up very quickly and within 60 seconds started burning off the red wire covers that touch the heater, making a lot of smoke. These materials are not up to the task at all. I replaced the red covers with some kapton tape over the crimp connector (that they cover) and a fiberglass sleeve, and then it worked without burning or smoking. Since it's fairly easy to modify these to fix the issue, I gave it 3 stars as it otherwise seemed to work fine. You might be able to get away with just pulling the red covers back about 5-10mm so they still cover the crimp connector, and then tape them in place with some kapton tape, but test them carefully and in good ventilation.
