The temperature selector has preset positions so you can't select a temperature between those values. It is more difficult to maintain 225 F with automatic controls since the temperature will drop lower than 225 F. Ensure it is level so the grease drains properly.

Works great for far less than Tr***** brand. Only thing I would do different is biy model with a shelf. But this model holds a lot for the money. Easily holds 3 FULL racks of baby back ribs on bottom rack. And another on top rack.

Item came completely dented and missing pieces. I put it all together thinking ok I can deal with the dents…. But nope! Went to use it and it doesn’t work! This was a pain in the butt to put together and now to get a refund they want me to disassemble all of it and package it. HELL NO! This took hours to do so now I’m out all the money I spent! I want my money back!!!! - one very pissed off military widow!

First pellet smoker. Very impressed. Holds temperature within 5 degrees. Would have given 5 stars but arrive with a little dent.

It comes with pieces bent, outta whack and flimsy. You want a smoker to be heavy thick materials and sealed.This is just not a good quality smoker but works ok. No way to return it or we would have returned it.Update: it goes out and won’t smoke much so you don’t get that Smokey flavor. More like an oven for outdoors.Update again: product does not work long. Don’t waste your money. Now we have another lawn ornament.
