Mats are mats only so,please note in the description unfortunately I was not paying attention,but I am keeping product. I gave 4stars because, they just came in a plastic shipping bag versus in a slim box , fortunately they were not damaged,but I would not risk it again. Nice product for home photos not for business purposes in my opinion.

i usually order from a different co.,but wanted to try these..they did come in perfect condition,but,other companies put the mats in a cardboard box.this came with thin plastic envelope and was shipped in a flimsy plastic envelope..no protection from getting bent in shipping..yet,it came here alright..a miracle i guess..the mats are fine..dont know if i will order again though..

My husband has ordered several sets of these, and he's perfectly satisfied with them once they're ready to hang. However, the electrostatic film on the thin acrylic that substitutes for glass is BEASTLY hard to start removing, and in doing so I have cracked several pieces of the acrylic. My husband with larger hands was totally unable to remove the film. Acrylic makes sense to avoid shipping damage, but it proves challenging!
