I like how easy these labels are to use and that there is no ink involved. The only complaint I have is that the website goes down semi-frequently making it difficult to print labels when I need them, but it's usually only for a couple minutes. I use these labels for my bakery business and they are easily customizable. I use compostable packaging, so I love that the labels and the cartridges are compostable or recyclable. I've never had any issues with these coming damaged, and I'm sure if they did the company would replace them. Their customer service has always been very responsive and helpful.

I like my printer and these labels but sometimes the machine tells me that I have the wrong size labels in when I don’t and sometimes it tells me I’m almost out of labels when I’m not. So it isn’t really the labels fault but it is still annoying!

Had issues with a different manufacturer, this one worked great for the project. Cheap and fast, very happy with this model.

The labels are not loose. They are inside a biodegradeable cartridge you throw away when it runs out.

About half of my print jobs spit out two labels instead of one. At over ten cents per label, it gets very expensive!
