I am glad and surprised to learn about these dirt pods. There's no directions so I emptied one box of pods into two medium size, (approximately 14 inch diameter) pots and kept adding water asneeded. They immediately started turning into a nice potting soil. I had to stir them to get water on all of them.

I would like to begin by saying that I'm a first-time gardener. So I am learning things as I go. However, so far I am finding the soil to work very well. It is fast draining but still manages to stay moist enough where you don't have to water daily. This is my first time trying to grow plants from seeds. I like the fact that the soil discs are compact and easy to store. I mixed water with some water soluble Miracle-Gro vegetable plant food before placing the dehydrated dirt discs into the water to become hydrated. Overall I am very pleased with the results. My cucumber plants are responding wonderfully and my sesame seed plants have begun to break the surface. Both plants have taken six days to reach this point. Which I think it's pretty good. ðŸ‘
