We are using this for confidential prayer requests for an organization at my church. It locks, holds prayer request cards and a pen and we are very happy with it.

It's well made, but the Quality Control needs work. The lock was tight because the locking arm was tight in the slot. I fixed it. Also, the drop slot had a sharp edge and had to sand it. As you see in the picture, I stained it. Because they don't offer a stained box. Otherwise a nice box for our office.

For an assessment we have coming up, our mentor told us to get a suggestion box so parents can constantly give us feedback (an owners dream right LOL) but it really has been fun to see what people think because it's anonymous and they come with the suggestion cards already - so it's a HUGE win!

The craftsmanship of this item is perfection! However I’m very confused. It comes with a stack of suggestion cards and a lock and key, but I can’t open….it’s LOCKED with those item’s inside! They probably should’ve taped the key outside of the box, so it could be opened to retrieve those items. I may have to purchase a key to gain access.

We use two of these at church. To secure them better, might need to add additional screws (easy to lift off the wall with 2 mounting screws, should have a third lock screw under it) and the lock comes loose easily and needs the nut tightened occasionally. Nice looking boxes though.
