I Like how sturdy this product is. The welds are okay but the tightening knobs seem to be invaluable for alot of road work. Great product for the money though. This item did not come with instructions on putting it together......like most hardware for some reason. Must be an industry joke.

The djembe still rocks a bit, meaning it is not 100% stable, but for the money it is very well built and will work for most people just fine I would think, and for the price, super glad I bought it.

No instructions! I was very concerned about lack of instructions but I was able to put it together by watching another customers videos and looking at the pictures from other customers. I have zero experience with drum stands and wanted to try this out. I got it together without too much trouble. If it weren’t for the other customer video I would have returned it, unable to assemble. I still have it a 4 because it seems very sturdy, adjustable, and much lower price than other metal drum stands. I am short and the adjustability is very good. I had it quite high at first so I think it would be fine for a much taller person too. The drum angle is easily adjustable too. I might write another review after I actually use it.

For the money I'm happy with this purchase. There may be nicer stands out there but they are also a lot more expensive. This one works well for my 10" and 12" Djembe's

Could be a great stand the design great but poor welds on support brackets and upper bracket mounted at an angle so mounting drum would put it at a slight angle. I purchased two stand and one's a little better than the other I will have to rework it the other is going back.

I have only set it up. Have not used it yet. It was very easy to set up. Most reviews said they had to make adjustments to the product. I did not for my 14" Remo Djembe. A very basic...very affordable stand. I'm only using it for a musical pit orchestra so it's not going to get a lot of abuse. You could spend $50 to $150 more but for my use it will probably work just fine.

The product does not come with building instructions. Use the allen wrench to remove the bolt, attach the djembe bracket and then replace the bolt. I agree with other reviews, I am small and the stand is too tall to sit with, but since I stand when playing my djembe, it is a non-issue for me. It is very sturdy and was $100 less expensive than others I found online. It is super heavy, I only use it when performing as it is too combersome to portage. I also have not quite figured out how to break it down to travel easily. My band plays often so it will get plenty of use.
