For the price seems great. Solid held me at 260lbs as well as 45lbs dumbbells for RDLs just fine.

I got this as an adjustable step for my dad so that he can get into and out of bed more easily. I know that the marketed purpose of this product is as an exercise step and not a utility step for the elderly, but the design works for either purpose. In fact, I would suggest to the company to market it for this secondary function because the adjustable height and length is tough to find in the elderly product sphere. I’ve been able to get it to a height that suits my dad, and it’s wide enough that he can find his footing easily without looking when getting out of bed, so he doesn’t slip and fall.

I like the color of this platform step. It's very sturdy. The top is non-slip gorilla grip . But . . . it is narrow in width. I wear a size 9 shoe which is too long for the width of this stepper. If you wear like maybe a size 7-1/2 and smaller, then this is a very good stepper for you. For us girls who have a slightly larger foot (size 8 and larger) you have to be careful when using this stepper. My toes or heel of my foot tend to extend past the front and back of this stepper. When using this stepper if my toes extend past the front, I feel as if I might fall forward off the stepper. Same feeling when my heels extend past the back, I feel like I might fall backwards. I have to watch where my feet are landing on the stepper to make sure I don't fall. I'll have to spend some $$$ to get the wider more expensive stepper. In the mean time, I'll use this stepper until I get a new one. After all . . . a girl has got to work out. So . . . . if you're a big foot girl like me and you purchase this product, use it with caution. But if you have small to medium baby doll feet, then this is the perfect stepper for you. I still gave it 4 stars because it's a good product. So wanted to give it 5 stars.

On our last camping trip, the campsite was on a side slope...so our door step was a lot higher off the ground then was safecomfortable to climb up and down on. A walk around the campground showed that several other campers had the same issue with several ways to fix it. I wanted something light weight, water proof, adjustable, priced reasonably, and easy to store. This step is all that and a bag of chips!

Came with the middle inset thing missing, I use in my garage and the bottom is not slip resistant at all so I have to use on my yoga mat which damages the mat.

運動はほぼしていませんが、テレビやゲーム、音楽を聴きながら３０分やると汗が出てきます。息も軽く弾み、スマートバンドで心拍数が１３０以上出ます（笑）初心者にはお勧めです！SYぴじきこんなに効果があるとは思いませんでした。

幅、長さが良い感じです。デザインも気に入っています。板張りで使用していると段々ずれてきます。滑り止めがもう少しきくと良いと思います。

高さを一段低くくして使うと、ギシギシ音がして怖いです。乗るたびに、ギシっと鳴ります。体重は55キロです。
