Have been using this cooler for 2 years for long distance road trips. You do have to plug it in the night before to run it to get it cold before putting it into your vehicle. The first time I used it it didn't keep things very cold so then I added those freezable hard packs to it in around my items and it works way better to keep things cold now

Could just be my vehicle I have a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Lat Lux, but only works if vehicle is turned on. So I just freeze a couple of bottles of water to add to the cooler, if I am traveling where I will need to shut off my vehicle. Other than that, it works great. Keeps things very cold. I haven't used the "heat" yet, but will in the winter months. Pretty inexpensive option. And Love that I don't have to use "ICE" which melts so easily in regular coolers

We precool ours before we leave, it takes some time to get up to temperature. Also, we put in a ice pack thing to keep it cool in there. I wished it also came with a USB port like most vehicles takes. I guess I should have looked at that when I purchased it but did not think about it. We have to run the long cord from the front of the car to the back seat. ugh! It is pretty quiet overall. It is a good cooler to have for long trips. Works fine.

Ran it for 6 hrs straight and barely felt any cold air come out. Doesn't cool well, I tried to return it and it cost $108.00 to ship back from the east coast. Now I'm stuck with a terrible item. Waste of money. Do not buy!!

Purchased for a cross country adventure. Worked great. Kept travel food and drinks cool for entire trip. At night we simply unplugged it and carried it into hotel then plugged it in. Very deep and holds a lot of drinks, food and important wine. Looking forward to our next trip using it.

After receiving this product, I plugged it into my wall outlet inside my house and put 2 refrigerator thermometers inside of it to test it. After more that 24 hours of leaving it plugged in, it never registered below 55-60 degrees. Since the description states that it should get down to 30-40 degrees, this was unaceptable to me because I purchased it for a long road trip that I would need to keep things refrigerated in motels. I contacted the Seller and they immediately refunded me my full payment. So I give the customer service a 5 star rating, but the product was 1 star, that's why this review is an average rating of 3 stars. It's possible that I received a defective product or that it was damaged in shipping if it was dropped. I haven't decided if I'm going to order another one to try and give it another try.

I bought this because I had to travel to Arkansas from Massachusetts via car with medications that needed to be refridgerated. Worked like a charm. So far I've only used it to keep things cold but there is a warming function that I have not tried yet. Compact, sits on the floor behind the passenger - easily flips open/close to grab some water while driving.

Me encanta enserio, la utilizo para viajar a mi trabajo y guardo mi leche materna me ayuda mucho en esta temporada de calor la conecto al carro y al toma corriente es perfecta te ayuda muchÃsimoMi leche materna la mantiene frÃa y asà evitar las olas de calor en el tráfico
