this fits 2003 kabota bx 2200. it helps a lot when starting on a cold day. before this, it would take about 15 sec, of turning over before it would start. Now it starts right up.. i would recommend this. Just make sure you know the what size yo need.

Purchased this many years ago and it still does the job. Tractor starts like it is summer time after only being plugged in for no more than an hour so quite happy with this purchase.

The Zerostart block heater fits my JD 2520 diesel compact tractor and was not hard to install. The antifreeze needed to be renewed so I soaked the plug on the left side of the engine with penetrating oil for a couple days before draining the antifreeze. The plug was removed using a breaker bar. Teflon taped the heater threads and installed it in the hole in the block. Refilled block and radiator with the new antifreeze and was ready to go. When plug in, the block heater warms the block fairly quickly and makes a big difference for cold starting. Good value.

Great product.Installed this in my John Deere 750 compact diesel tractor a few weeks ago in anticipation of the up coming cold weather. Neither the forecast or this heater disappointed me.It was a fairly simple task to install. I located a 1" pipe plug freeze plug on the right side of the engine that was fairly easy to get at with 1/2: square breaker bar. I tested the removal before I went too far as some have complained of difficulity unscrewing the plug. It was easy to move with a 18" bar. Next I drained the gallon of antifreeze into a milk jug and unscrewed the plug. There must be some blind spots as about a pint of fluid came out the hole when I removed the pipe plug so be warned to have something handy to catch this excess. After a quick coat of pipe dope, the heater was threaded into the hole and tightened with a 1-3/8 socket, antifreeze was refilled and the engine started. After a few minutes the radiator was topped off and the overfill bottle was filled.Note I used the tractor a few times to make sure all the air was out before plugging in the heater. After the 3d use, the overflow stopped taking coolant.Today I use it for the first time. The barn was 0* and the tractor was the same temp. Plugged in the heater and 90 minutes later the engine block was almost 70*. Turned on the preheat for 20 seconds and then cranked the tractor. It started up just like it was Summer!!!! None of the long cranking and slow spool up I was seeing at 20* temperatures.Good product that did the job for me.

Way better price than at the John Deere dealership. I don't mind paying a little more at a local brick and mortar store but no way am I giving them a 150% markup. This item fits perfectly and installs very simply. If you are comfortable with hand tools and getting a little dirty this is easy to install. During my install I lost very little coolant.

Wish it had a longer cord and a more durable plug on the block side of the cord but all around satisfied

It fit my application, worked well and was relatively easy to install. The only issue I had was not knowing for sure if this would fit what I wanted it for. No lookup guide

This also fit my 199? 6x4 gator diesel. Only thing is, run the vehicle for several minutes before you plug it in, I didnt and fried it a bit. Price is fare

I ended up ordering this as a replacement block heater for a Polaris Brutus HDPTO 2013 UTV, a few extra threads compared to the OEM, just use some flex tape and it'll get the job done, costs much less compared to polaris too, hehe!
