Mitsubishi Lancer GT 2015 manual, pain in the ass to install had to remove the shifter linkage to get it in. Does not come with grease or thermal paste.

This will Not fit 2018 compass. I even modified it but still would not go in. Buy factory heater.

This did not fit without grinding away a large portion of the OD threads. The unit could not be installed simply by sliding it in, due to hitting the transaxle case. After grinding it down, and bending a hard coolant line I was able to install. Does make the car heat up a little faster in cold weather. Not terrible for the money, performance wise, but not as good as a water jacket heater.

This type of heater got tested on my bench before install and it got hot quick. Had to clean the orifice on the engine block provided by the manufacturer. The heater probe type went right in no problem just had to use some permatex silicone with it to prevent moisture from getting in. Now the only thing missing was a securing nut holder between the block heater and power cord. There was no way to secure it unless putting tape around it or making sure to hold the cord with zipties so there is no accidental pulling on the cord. Other than that no problems. After a couple of seasons the cord will became undone from the connection and wonder why the car doesn't warmup anymore that's why the four star.

Description stated that it would not fit 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. I did install on my 2022 Eclipse Cross and it works as advertised! Very easy to install, no mess and maybe 10 minutes to complete with the cord ran neatly to the outside
