My only issue is the 2 bolt mount design; granted it is in line with the reel/spool but if I actually try to winch 3k lbs, I won't be holding my breath. Was not aware of this when ordered.

Everything is plug and play. Only issue I had was the length of the control wires. It is set to have the control box mounted close to the winch. I had to extend these wires to mount the control box at the rear of my Honda ATV. I did open the box to check the terminals and add some dielectric grease. I also added RTV around the control box for a water tight seal.

This winch hasn't failed me yet. Had a problem with the quick release knob, it was either missing when it arrived or I lost it, I don't honestly know. But I emailed them and without question one was at my door. I've had to use the wich a couple times and it going its job. I have to say the customer service is great. I would recommend this winch.

After using it twice, now it want even come out, nor can you free spool it out. It's a waste of money. Especially when you only get two uses out of it. I don't have $100 to throw away and Amazon shouldn't care products like this. This product makes Amazon look bad.

The ZE-S'UPER 4500 LB Capacity ATV/UTV Winch with 50' Steel hole Mounting Pattern Specifications must vary. The ZE-S'uper 4500LB Winch I received has a hole pattern 3 X 5-1/8. The Owner's manual spec's state the pattern is 3" x 6.6" however not even the Mount Plate has that. Nice price if it works but unable to rate higher or any other feature since the hole pattern does not match the mount on the UTV this was purchased for. I am however going to purchase a Winch Cradle Winch Mounting Plate Universal 2" Trailer Hitch Winch Mount Bracket to be able to use it. Also would like to have Amazon get more spec's displayed, I trusted their "these item fits your vehicle" since there were no actual spec's listed.

Just make sure it will have the correct clearance to Mount it on. I had to fabricate a piece to Mount it.
