Boat part number 8105426 is a new pair of reed proximity sensors from ZF Electric, part number AS201801 . Commonly used on Tracker Boats, part number 135649 , but may be used on other boats.
These magnetic sensors are is constructed out of black plastic and each measures approximately 7/8" W x 1/2" H x 1/4" D overall. Each sensor mounts with (2) 1/8" Dia. mounting holes.
The MP2 Series sensors are reed proximity sensors. Normally open or closed contacts change states when a magnetic field is applied. The sensors act as non-latching electrical switches.
