Your cart is empty.J.LUMI YCA1008 is the next generation twist lock photocell sensor. Instead of using dated thermal mechanism, our photocell sensor features next generation electronic circuit board. It is ideal for 208-277 VAC light fixtures with ANSI C136.10 NEMA turn lock receptacles commonly found on dusk to dawn type barn or post lights. It provides dusk-to-dawn lighting control and saving energy when controlling exterior lighting, street and parking lot lighting. Built-in delay eliminates the load temporarily switching off due to car headlights, lightning or another temporary light source. Turn lock design using industry standard prong plugs makes this sensor easy to remove and install if replacement is needed.

Was the right size and it fit the light! Easy to install and it worked. Couldn't find it anyway.

Gave it a 3 on durability as I don't know its longevity. Otherwise works as described. I did add an extra layer of foam at its base as my light fixture was not tall enough to tightly catch the bottom of this sensor. Used a piece of foam tape. Unlike the one it replaced it does not activate to off during a lighting storm. Good feature...

My barn light kept staying on during the day. The old electric eye plastic was cloudy. Once I put the new one in, it works as it should on at dark, off at daytime. Took less than a minute to unscrew old one and put new one on. Spent more time getting the ladder and putting it away than on the light.

I liked the price and that it was Prime however it did not function, night or day. I removed the J. Lumi and replaced it with one I purchased at Home Depot for about 1.00 more and the HD model turned the light on immediately, then off as it was daylight. I didn't engage the J. Lumi company although they did offer support options on the box. The unit is sealed and there are no adjustments so i didn't think "support" could remedy it remotely as it must be an internal issue.
