6 Simple Steps to Set Your Own Combination


Step 1 Dial to the current code, pull out the shackle.

Step 2 Turn the shackle 90° counterclockwise to the code setting gap.

Step 3 Press the shackle down until the shackle pin is all the way inside the gap. Hold it until finishing step 4.

Step 4 Turn the shackle another 90° counterclockwise to the code line.

Step 5 Scroll the dials to set your own combination. Step 6 Turn the shackle back to code setting gap, lift it up and then back to the original position.

I purchased these in rose gold for an upcoming trip. I used one throughout the UK and everything went fine. I decided to use the second one on a trip last week to Canada....no go....second lock does not work...cannot get the curved hinge part to raise up to do anything.UPDATE! The customer service department reached out to me and through several emails the problem is resolved. I'm impressed by their response.

Pretty lock that works well. I took one star away because the lock seemed to move a stiff and seems a bit light compared to a previous brand I purchased years ago. I also have to say the instructions were accurate, but with out a photo I was confused as to how to set my combination. Luckily I found a YouTube video and set it quickly.I haven't used it to travel yet, but sure my luggage will be secure as I yanked the lock a few times after locking twice.Beautiful color, great price and easy to use.

I am very pleased with this lock, built with quality and when locked it is secure. I like the coil cable that came with it, vinyl coated and a nice length.
