- Apply the caulking over clean, well adhered old caulking (no silicone)

Quality product. Waterproof and creates a tight seal. Clean white looks great, higher price than caulk or silicone but for this application I think it’s a good value for the money. Used it install a new roof vent on inclosed trailer.

This product seems to work just fine. The only thing that was disappointing is that it has a two year self life, and the tube I received expires in five months. This means that I have to discard a pretty full tube.

We had no problems at all with the order. It arrived on time. I used it to re-seal the caulking on our 14-year-old trailer. It's a Lap Sealant so it filled in every crevasse and cured perfectly! I bought it a second time to put away for the next project.

Works very well comes out like marshmallow fluff, self levels very nicely. We were hit with a downpour 30 minutes afterward, and it didn’t change the appearance at all.

This product is sooooo fantastic I'm blown away, please make sure to follow the instructions to the letter and using acetone as the final wipe down is amazing, just refurbished a 1994 motor-home roof that had seen years of neglect, looks incredibly good and has sealed all the water access points, also use a high quality de-greaser to pre-soak the roof before pressure washer and if you have tar like this did around hatches etc, the guys at Ziollo instructed me to use a water based Varathane to coat it prior to laying the seal tape down, this prevents bleeding...btw you get great responses from calling the company for help, I'll be purchasing for the next 3 roof-lines to be resealed

This product did a great job on the RV roof. Self levels well, it is very liquid and designed for the top of flat surfaces, would not recommend for walls as it will just run off. It says it dries fast but mine was still very tacky after 24 hours. After two days it was cured very well and looks like it is there to stay. Great product for roof top applications,
