We bought these to help with lap swimming. It helps to keep my head and neck in a comfortable position while swimming. I get neck pain when I have to move my head/neck sideways out of the water to breathe. These allow me to swim continously while keeping my face in the water. The mount piece is very comforatble and it's easy to breathe thru. I am hoping to lose weight and I have added swimming in addition to healthy eating habits. It also helps me to focus more on my swim technoque. It's lightweight and seems effective thus far. I don't know about durability, as we have not used it too long ... but it appears well made and the design is excellent.

This snorkel set up makes it easier to swim for exercise and not be as dependent on breathing technique. I also have back issues and the twisting you do with freestyle breathing aggravates sciatica and muscle spasms. Using the snorkel significantly reduces twisting and makes it more comfortable for me to swim.The snorkel is well made and has a large bore. It feels much more like breathing normally than most snorkels do. I have a small jaw and a lot of mouthpieces are uncomfortable; this one is not. The design of the headband is good, adjusts easily, and it is comfortable on your forehead. The swivel and the foam pad are big pluses. I bought a second set for my husband to use after finding out how much I liked mine. I definitely recommend this item.

I used this to practice at my local pool for when I was going to go snorkeling while on vacation.I am a beginner with using a snorkels, but, I liked that the mouth piece was easy to use and is perfect because no water came in through the mouthpiece. I had heard sometimes when snorkeling water can come in if you don't have it fitted right, but it is comfortable and works great.I'm also not q confident swimmer so wearing it in my pool, it gave me confidence to swim without a flotation device as I could breathe while my face was in the water. May not be a big deal for others, but for me, I really liked it and could get bigger and different swim strokes.Two things I didn't care for, the head piece is a bit clunky and can fall down if not positioned correctly and tight enough. It's also straight in front of you so when I'd take it out of my mouth for a minute it sometimes would get loose and start falling out of the holder. So I'd have to mess with it to get it situated again, not a big deal, but just cumbersome to deal with it.And I wish the snorkel had the option to attach to goggles. Because of how straight the tube is you can only use it with a device attached to your forehead and not on the side.They aren't big issues and for the price it does what it should do and works grear. But if I could have and had known better I would have gotten a side snorkel that attaches to goggles. When I did go snorkeling I ended up using my brother's more professional equipment and liked how it worked.

Easy to use - allows you to focus on one thing at a time -like technique- I am not a seasoned swimmer- so for me - this allows me to swim across pool without struggling to breathe !!

Love this. I don’t have great form but love to swim laps and always gasping for air. Now I have plenty of air and I am comfortable swimming even more laps.

It worked well, I loved it. Then I pulled it out of my gym bag, and the bridge that attaches the snorkel to the headband broke. Apparently, there was a screw, or a pin, holding it together, and that screw is gone. I could not find it anywhere in my gym bag, so I think it may have happened at the gym. This is really unsatisfying. I don't think I should have to replace a snorkel every two months. I will now replace it with a different brand!

Après avoir essayé de nombreux types et modèles, j'ai enfin trouvé mon compagnon de natation ! Pour le moment, je l'utilise quotidiennement pour une nage mixte d'une heure par jour, et la qualité est au rendez-vous. Pendant l'utilisation, aucune marque sur le visage ni tension à la mâchoire. Solide, il se transporte facilement dans un sac de piscine standard !
