The product came as pictured and has help up great so far. It’s been used daily for about 5 months and no wear as of yet. The shoulder strap could be more comfortable.

This is a great quality item... and I love the pink color! It has a good amount of room and has a good number of potential uses. It is comfortable to carry, too. I also find it works for both kids and for adults. It'll make a great present for someone!

Daughter uses for school, holds quite a bit of her school stuff, it is pretty durable, zipper works great, she wanted black so it looks pretty basic but she absolutely loves it, so over a great purchase and worth what we paid.
