Does what it’s supposed to, keeps tortillas warm and looks great. Wish the opening had something as a closure to keep it sealed shut.

The warmer were cute but there was a bit of a problem with the order. I tried reaching out but never got a response. The warmers show two in the picture and in description but I only received one. So I did a return thinking it was a mistake then reordered and still got one. I then reached out to Amazon to ask if I should just keep them both and not send one back since I was supposed to get two and they said yes and not to worry about being charged but I am still receiving notices I will be charged. Not happy about having to keep reaching out about this.

This keeps tortillas hot and soft for much longer than you would think. After two hours, they are still warm from the bag. I used to use kitchen towels to steam and serve my homemade tortillas. This improved the quality of my tortillas because all of the steam is retained for so long.
