We purchased the embossing machine that does the job, however, I have made several attempts to email Zonepack for additional fonts and have not heard back. If we don't receive information on ordering additional font sizes we will probably be returning the machine. Makes me sad, but I need to know that we have support from the company we purchased the product from.

First order, wrong item came.I had to return and repurchase. Week wasted. Second order came with Missing parts and items. Place holder not included. The machine works but not well.

Really happy with this stamping machine; I've had it for nearly a year and it produces beautiful heat and foil stamp monograms on my leather goods. There is a bit of a learning curve with the foil stamping and you'll need to practice to get the temperature and pressure just right (and it also may vary based on the thickness of your leather), but put in the time and effort and you'll be satisfied.

I am a woodcrafter and I recognized that branding was, IMHO, a great way to enhance my products. Not only placing a permanent logo on the back or bottom of my items; but also branding customer monograms and other art work in the visible portion.I started with buying a cheap, Chinese made stick branding iron that could be used with interchangeable brass branding head. I just could not get consistent branding images using a hand held branding iron. I got a brainstorm and bought one of those drill press machines that can be used with a common, hand electric drill. Since these have a base or work area; I thought I could get consistency with my brands. I could not get the "stick" brander to connect to the press to where it would not move. Instability = inconsistency and no locational accuracy.I then ordered one of the pistol grip type branding machines. I was able to get it to mount in the press solidly but the temperature of the branding head could not be regulated properly; so another failure.I made a commitment to myself to make cutting/charcuterie/cheese boards for holiday gifts for my family and friends this year. So far I am up to 13 boards. I wanted nice looking brands on these boards with consistent locations and brand quality. I want to be able to sell some of these. I spent more time futzing around with my jury rigged branding press but could not get what I wanted.I finally realized that I had and was wasting my valuable time and, as they say, "Time is money," I Bit the bullet and spent the $180 for this.It took about 5 minutes to unpack, assemble and read the instructions. I experimented for about another 10 minutes on temperatures, setting work stops on the table and the mounting of my logo brand on the machine.In seemingly no time I got beautiful, crisp logos on my boards with locational accuracy and consistency.

I like the machine itself, but the positioning plate is a joke. The pieces are made of plastic and the long piece broke after one use. I can’t figure out a way to contact the company to request a replacement? I’ve tried gluing and taping it but it’s useless now. I don’t know why the don’t make them out of metal?
