Fits a wide range of sizes from small children’s chapter books to large textbooks. Looks nice, no splintered edges, feels like it has a protective coating. Easy to assemble (I didn’t need any extra tools, not even a screwdriver). I found the instructions to be sufficient. It slid around some while I was placing books in it, which was slightly frustrating trying to get the slats just right, but once all the books are in, they won’t budge unless forced. I would buy again.

Easy to put together with some screws and a little L-shaped tool provided (I used a towel to turn the tool, easier on my fingers) with a half-page easy-to-read instructions, didn't take long to put together and a good, sturdy product. Bamboo is smooth and easy to wipe clean. Holds my recipe books well, stays in place when you slide the sides back and forth, you don't have to fill it to keep it steady. Worth the price.

Shelf as described and well finished. Went together easily with all components included and well fit. Instruction sheet was photocopied and a little hard to read but I honestly didn’t even use it as pieces were pretty self explanatory. Perfect fit on counter for my cookbooks and I would purchase this shelf again!

I did miss the item information this requires assembly, but all the parts fit together easily and it did not take too long to assemble. The two sections slide apart and together easily. It fits perfectly where I am using it, and looks like good quality. Note: I did add felt pads on the bottom side of the sliding slats.

Must be assembled. Parts aren’t labeled and you have to figure out which part is which. directions are printed pretty small.Quality isn’t great. The side/bottom bars extend past the main uprights—looks like a bad fit. Several of those bars have chips near the holes where you insert the screws. See pic.I put my books in it and it appears to work ok, but I’m concerned about its long-term durability. Not as easily adjustable as I thought.

So disappointed in this item. When I removed from the box, the wood was split on one of the end pieces and there were splinters and splits on each of the cut-outs on the solid pieces. Very poor finish! I returned it.

Exactly as described. Works perfect for a desktop bookshelf. Be careful not to over tighten the screws as bamboo will crack easily.

This bookshelf was unnecessarily difficult to put together. The holes for the screws did not line-up at all. The pieces of wood are not stable and falls apart very easily. Glad I returned it.

Not quite the quality, be careful if the number and weight of books you put on it, but it suited my purposes. A little finicky to assemble but even I managed it
