This is an excellent rope. Compared to the green one that came with my stand this one is hands down a better experience. Looping the tag end through the carabiner from inside to outside creates a perfectly functional prusik tender for one hand use, whereas on my green line it’s extremely hit or miss where I have to try 2-3x to one handed shorten the line under tension. This line works the first time almost every time. It has the be due to the main line diameter, but whether it’s the ratio to the accessory cord diameter, or whether it blocks enough more of the carabiners gap that it always grabs and pushes the accessory cord, I don’t know. This line is also longer than my other one, which I find beneficial for getting one hand leverage on the tag end when it’s let out fairly long. I also like that this rope is not taped on the end, so you get an easy and consistent feed/pull at any length.I also like having a bulkier stop knot on my tag end - it keeps a short tag end from passing back through my carabiner, thus preserving my prusik tender in more situations.IGNORE MY CARABINER I have extras and mix them up I’ve no idea where the pictured one came from. That said, the included carabiners are excellent - no complaints. I’ve found I prefer manually locking carabiners for anything I’m suspended by. I also girth hitch both of my linesman ropes to my harness, so bonus ‘biner. If these were offered in a differing color I’d probably be buying another one right now instead of leaving a review. I may yet buy another, but since I’ve been using different color linesman ropes I do find it reassuring, just a backup confirmation that I am in fact unhooking the one I think I am, and it’s easier to track specific ropes for specific uses for consistency in setup/usage. Is that a big deal? Probably not - the saddle I’m looking at has all 3 included lines being identical so I’m sure it’s extremely common. I can label them some other way.If I was only using the green ropes that came with my stand I’d 100% prefer to just remove the prusik and use an ascender ($60-70), but with this rope I’m perfectly happy with the prusik.I have not used this product in rain or sub-freezing temperatures. Also **I DONT KNOW HOW TO MEASURE ROPE CORRECTLY ** These caliper readings are just an approximate representation of what I generally got when wanting to compare my different ropes to understand why this one works more smoothly and this is after a dozen tree climbs of use.

Amazing tool- wish I would’ve bought this years ago for getting into and putting up a tree stand. So much easier and safer. Buy this today! Excellent quality and instructions.

Second time ordering. I put ropemans on my first one but ordered this one for my son.

Great product, functions as described. The carabiners that are included are rather heavy, ended up purchasing different carabiners.

Quality is very good and the two included carabiners is very nice! It is also long enough for wrapping around big trees. It is better in nearly every way compared to the muddy brand lineman’s rope I initially purchased.

So I have not physically used and will update soon. I am an avid hunter and ordered this linemans rope. Product came fast and for $35.00 with two nice quality caribaners you can't go wrong. Received in a decent time and the quality seems extremely well made. This was bought to use with a rope man's 1 which I saw a lot of fellow hunters asking if it would fit. Well it sure does! Don't forget the linemans 1 can fit up to I belive 11mm.or so thickness. The color isn't to bad for outdoor as it states camo but not really ..for what I'm using for to set my stand I would say color is not a issue.
