Tips
1. We recommend using a funnel to fill the metal torches outdoor with oil.
2.The new wick need to absorb the torch oil for approximately 20 minutes before the first time use.
3.We highly recommend you to leave your wick extend at least 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch from the torch.
Installation Tips
1.Tighten each connection port to ensure the metal torch is firm.
2.To ensure load bearing,please insert the 3 prong grounded stake end into the ground completely. When the soil is hard and cannot be fully inserted, please use water to soften the soil before inserting the ground
3.In order to ensure smooth thread twisting and installation, no special Anti-rust powder painted for thread. If the thread is rusted, it is normal.
4.Since the inner part and thread of the pipe cannot be subject to special rust prevention treatment, rust powder may fall off to the surface of the pipe. In this case, please use the attached gloves to wipe it! This will not affect the normal use of the product.

I am amazed by these tiki torches, how can she be so beautiful, I bought these metal torches with 3 head with the mentality of trying them out, it did not disappoint, I love it for many reasons1. Its ground stake is 3 prong grounded stake, which I think is unique, I think this makes these metal torches strong, I can use it in any season, I don't have to worry about it being blown by the wind because it's really sturdy2. This pole is segmented, I can disassemble and assemble it at any time, and can choose different heights according to different situations, it looks very flexible3. I think this 3-head design is very novel, I only see this one seller selling this style, Citronella torches matches my patio perfectly and makes my patio look so elegant and beautiful.

Very easy to assemble and nice looking torches. The three prong base is much sturdier than the usual two prong bases. The poles are rather thin, but seem sturdy enough. Time will tell how long they will last! I like the fact that the fuel cannisters are removable - much easier to fill that way.

(Original post-3-Star) I ordered these last Fall to be prepared for this Spring. When I opened the box I discovered that I was missing poles for two of the torches. Now I can only use four of the torches. I am hoping I can get the missing parts shipped to me quickly.2024-04-22 (Update-5-Star) After the first post, customer service reached out and wanted to work to resolve my issue. I would have been satisfied with the missing poles being sent. Instead, they sent 4 complete torches. To me, that is going above and beyond. As for the torches themselves, they appear to be of good quality and solid. I like many things about these that I did not like about my old torches. 1) The poles are sturdy and do not lean to one side at each joint. The 3-prong base helps keep the pole in place and from leaning. 2) The canister sits in an open holder which does not allow water to collect and contribute to the canister rusting at an accelerated rate. 3) The mouth of the canister is slightly larger making it easier to fill. 4) The package arrived very well-packed, protected, and in great condition.

I like these but the metal is pretty soft at the connection points. One of the torches is unusable as it stretched out/bent the connection threads just from trying to stake it in the ground. I didn’t even try hard, just tried to push down. So instead of the 4 I bought I now only have 3. Probably should have rated 2 stars but if it weren’t for this issue, it’d be a great product.
