It does an excellent job of cleaning out the seeds from inside the jalapeños and peppers. Especially if you’re making bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños that way you only cut off the end of the pepper so the stuffing stays inside instead of leaking all over the place this thing was great

Works Great. It is thin metal and bends when twisting. I have to bend back after 3-5 peppers. I may return and try to find a heavier made corer.

I lost the first one I had, which I admit, was a little cheap and flimsy. This one is so much sturdier but not expensive. It easily cuts off the stems and cores out the seeds and membrane without getting it on your hands. I don't need to use gloves. Dishwasher safe. Good price. I use mine all the time.
