I’ve had this grater for a little over 2 months and have used it, at least, a dozen times. I just finished using it again and thought I have to write a review! It is a pleasure to use, cleans up easily, and has 5 different blades to use. Recently I’ve been making scalloped potatoes. It uniformly cuts the potatoes, I rinse those blades and insert the grater blades and quickly grate the cheese. I just can’t emphasize enough how easy it is to use this thing. Grating on the box grater was always such a chore. I avoided doing it whenever possible. I never made scalloped potatoes because it was such a chore. Nothing I have, food processor, mandolin slicer, or knives work as easily and smoothly as this handy grater!

I love this grater. It assembles and disassembles quickly, is easy to clean, and does a great, quick job. Especially love that I don't have to worry about skinned knuckles. When finished it doesn't take up a lot of storage space either.

I recently tried out the rotary cheese grater, and I have to say, I'm impressed! The quality feels sturdy and well-made, and it was super easy to use. I only used it once so far, but it worked like a charm, grating cheese effortlessly and quickly. The design makes it comfortable to hold, and the grating process was smooth and hassle-free. This slicer is well worth the money!! It is does everything it advertises. I love how you can’t budge it when the lever is flipped. We used the wavy blades to make sweet potato chips and the slicer cut the potatoes with ease. Then the clean up was just as easy because the disassemble is simple.

I bought this model after 2 days of doing research on many brands and models. I am glad that I did. I tried this for shredding mozzarella a soft cheese for pizza and it did the job really easy and fast and that was 2 8 oz blocks. I tried it for hash browns and again it did the work fast. The chute opening is large and does not clog. The only issue I see is that if you have old tile counter tops it will not suction so I put it on my stove and the base sucked down real easy and sturdy and did not move. No problem so if you have flat counter top it should work great. I like the fact it cleans up very easily and swapping out the blades is quick and simple. I like the blades case but I wish it had a lid and blade identification names but does not. They should label the blades as well but do not. I went to YouTube and watched a video and saw what each blade was as thecmanual pictures of the blades is black and white and not clear. In the end this is a 5 star item and no more stubbed fingers from my box grater. Buy it as you will not be dissapointed

So much easier than a regular cheese grater! And nobody is slicing off half their knuckles (is that just my house?). Daughter wanted to have a fridge salad bar, so that she could make salads. She also likes to snack on veggies and ranch. This made quick work of grating and slicing all of our stuff for the week. The unit comes apart and cleans up nicely. Suctioned to the counter top easily and did not come lose during all of our prep. Less than 20 min to prep everything for the week, and clean up!

Pretty bummed about this grater. When I was shopping around, I didn't like the idea of having to swap out blades every time. I felt this increased the chance of getting cut, monkeying around with removing two blades and inserting two blades when you wanted a different cut. I also suspected food would get caught in the seams where the blades snap in to the barrel, so you'd have to remove and handle the blades individually to wash along with the other parts. When I found the Zulay option the gallery images do not show snap in blades, but rather 5 separate barrels. The description says it comes "with 5 interchangeable stainless steel blades." It should really say 5 sets of blades. I'll take some responsibility, as I now see that if I had scrolled further down I might have seen an image of the blade sets in their storage container. I think I was just happy to find what I thought I was looking from a brand I recognized and made my purchase. I also thought the individual barrels is what made it a little more expensive than other options with the snap-in blades.I can't comment on its actual function as I anticipate returning this and getting an option with 5 separate barrel options.
