The Zuma SV-2 35mm Film Slide Viewer allows you to clearly view your slides at a brilliant 2x magnification. Easily view your memories in the 2.5" square viewing screen. It offers full coverage, big picture viewing of 35mm and all other 2 x 2 in. (5 x 5cm) mounted slides.
Unlike normal slide viewers that use a small tungsten bulb for illumination, the SV-2 uses an LED light source for constant, long-lasting illumination of your slide. Powered by 2 AA batteries (not included).

already reviewed this item. First on was broken, the lens broke free from housing on shipping. Recvd 2nd one and it did not work. I had to bend the metal contact bar to get it to work. Then I have to travel 30 miles roundtrip to UPS the first broken one back. Not to thrilled.

The viewer works really well but it was a little difficult to open the compartment to insert the batteries.

I got one. It was broken. Amazon replaced it very quickly. Second one was broken. It's a pretty simple device, but even with that when you look at the inside, when you put the batteries in, it looks like a 5th grade science project gone wrong. Cheap metal parts. Glue holding things together. Just a piece of junk. If others got it to work they are very lucky. Don't press your luck, but another slide viewer. Oh, and getting the back off to put the batteries in was extremely difficult. There is nothing to grip and no indication of how it comes off.

Cheap junk plastic unit and poor lens gave almost "0" magnification and useless for identifying people on slides. Came with no instructions in or on box or plastic not even "how to open", and needed to contact manufacturer to open it. This is 100% a rip-off. Even at $3.00 it would overpriced. Going to tack down transfer cable to do the slide sorting from my Wolverine unit to sort on computer or TV screen.

This would have received a much higher rating if the viewing screen hadn’t fallen out within the first few minutes of using. I couldn’t figure out how to put it back...so essentially useless. I’ve got a million slides and my slide projector only works intermittently, so I needed something small to help me weed out the slides I don’t want. I’m sorry that this product didn’t work out.
