I purchased a "used " faucet. That's what was delivered. Looks like Stevie Wonder, opened, assembled and put back into the box. The unit was damaged when I opened the box. Parts were tossed in, without no protection.

Be advised, this item does not come with the screw in diffuser tip or the mixing control valve. Why would it not come with the mixing valve. It delayed the job install 2 days looking for the parts to make this work. Come on people.
