Much better than a standard utility sink. Don't have to pick your Mop bucket up high to dump it, and a lot more versatile.

The basin was good quality. The shipper got it to me quickly. I even telephoned the shipper with a specific question and they were extremely helpful with researching my question and calling me right back. The only reason that I didn't give this product 4 stars is because in the pictures it appears to be beige and it actually is real grey, not beige at all (and nothing in my facility is grey, everything in tan and brown, so it sticks out color wise like a sore thumb) Also, in the pics the drain appears to be a bronze color...it is actually silver/chrome (most everything in my facility is bronze, but this wasn't a big issue, because I had to get a chrome service sink faucet that was chrome, so the drain being chrome was actually a good thing.)

Loved the color of the sink but had to return due to damage to corners and the drain was damaged and could not be I stalled as it was supposed to. Had to return item.

Arrived damaged!!!! And run around having to go to post office to pick up and not actually delivered to my house. Customer desperately needs this sink installed tomorrow. We are going to try and hide the damage but may have to return.
