TIPS FROM Z&X
If the transport causes the organza derby hat to have small folds or be squeezed, please don't worry:
1.garment steamer: only apply the steam on fabric areas, avoiding feather and other fragile decor areas.
2.hairdryer: bow over the areas that are smashed and help the fabric reshape with your fingers. the hairdryer on a medium setting.
be very careful not to keep the blow dryer on any feathers or areas where decor is held on with glue.

Bought this for a Kentucky derby party and received so many compliments. I wore it with a teal dress that looked like they were made to go together. I have a large head and it was a snug fit but not uncomfortable. Great value for something I may never wear again. Light weight for summer and fun style. It’s not adjustable but it does have a little bit of give.

At first i was going to return as this color combo/attachment is flamboyant to say the least. I decided to keep and enjoy the WOW factor as heads turn. Isnt that the point? Shipping was as promised. A tad pricey but hopefully worth it.

The fabric and decorations used are top quality and beautifully put together. Far classier than picture could express. I’ll wear this hat proudly. The second one I bought for our daughter had a minor error and they gave no problem in returning it for free.

Deduct half star for sending wrong hat. Ordered beige, got black with gold/beige ribbon - which isn't even listed as option on site, so their supplier may get creative on occasion. My hat didn't come with a clip but the fascinator does work well by itself even though I would have preferred the lighter version for more contrast with my hair. All that said, it was delivered quickly, the minor squishing was easily fixed with a little dampening and shaping (I didn't have to use a hair dryer), and the brim is as broad as advertised with floaty fun ruffles making it perfect for a "fancy hat" day. And many many compliments for a $30 hat!

Contrary to many reviews, my hat did not come crushed. It may be, though, that it was in a huge box among other things and thus they did not need to cram it into a padded envelope. However, I was impressed that other than rolling the brim upward a little bit to fit it into a ziploc bag, it was wholly formed and in tact. That said, the scale is a bit off (the flounce around the brim is not nearly as large as it shows in the photo, compared to the rest of the hat...2-3" as most) and the colors are not quite as pastel as I'd hoped (the pink is far darker). All in all, a decent purchase for the price considering the condition it arrived in. I don't love it, but expectations are so personal I don't know that my lack of passion for the colors is a fair thing to judge the quality on. It was not trash, as many reviews have indicated (luck of the draw in shipping or just this model, impossible to tell), and let's remember, it's a ~$30 hat--true millinery art is expensive stuff. I don't feel cheated. I can see someone else loving it but I feel meh about it.
