I really like this journal. The quality of the construction and the pages are really good. I will likely continue to buy this journal when I finish the current one.The pen ran out of ink really quick, but I can use a different pen. I like how the pen looks and writes so I will find ink replacements for it.

1st of all this journal is beautiful and heavy duty. Comes with two ribbon book marks. The pen very nice! So I was so disappointed when upon following the instructions the lock wouldn’t work. I wanted this to be able to privately write down my goals so the lock is very important to me. I came to the reviews and saw someone mentioned a YouTube video would help reset the lock. Hold the latch to the right side and put your new numbers in and release. No it’s not the most secure option but it works for what I need it for. The instructions that come with it are invalid if someone has already tinkered with the journal. Try what I mentioned or look up - reset journal lock on YouTube. This is probably one of the best, most beautiful journals I have ever had. And did I mention the pin is spectacular!!!!

I like the journal a lot, it is beautiful and once it is locked, it is surely locked! I had an issue with the journal and the seller was able to provide feedback that helped fix my issue (forgotten passcode) as well as offering to assist in other ways, if the solution did not work for me! AMAZING customer service to go along with a beautiful and secure journal, you truly cannot ask for more!

My kids and I could not get the lock open no matter how much we tried. We followed the instructions we got from the seller and could not make it work. The seller was nice enough to send a refund without making us return the item, but now we have this journal sitting around that my son gets annoyed at every time he picks it up (it was supposed to be a gift for him). I should just throw it away I guess. A functional product would be better than a refund.

Bought this journal for my wife and she can be forgetful with passwords. I reached out to customer service and was able to help her open her journal. Great customer service and product! No bleed through, provided pen glides, perfect spacing and just overall a great value. I highly recommend.

Love the little book. I find its the perfect size to write your thoughts or whatever it is you would write in. Though the pen did run out of ink fast within like 10 pages but it wrote smoothly and i wish they would either add like a refill of the ink or a second pen.

I bought this book for my daily journal. It looks better in real life than in the pictures. I would order this again.
