I’ve tried various wine stoppers. Most of them were brands I’ve never heard of, mostly made in China, and did not provide a tight seal. So I gave this a try knowing this brand makes reliable kitchen gadgets. And yes, they work extremely well. A lot of other stoppers do not expand their rubber gaskets wide enough, leaving the stopper loose in the bottle. This stopper expands its gasket the most of any I’ve tried, creating a very tight fit and thus a good seal. Skip the other models and get this one instead.

Purchased this primarily to use as a champagne stopper (not an advertised use, but works great), but is useful and sturdy as a stopper

I like this modernized version of the bottle stoppers my grandparents would use. These are easy to use and make a complete seal.

I bought these for recapping glass beer and soda bottles. They SEEM to fit tightly but the bubbles are always gone in a day.It is too bad because they are well made and I had high hopes because they are zyliss and previous models worked great!

These work great on sparking wines (Prosecco, etc.), and as general bottle stoppers. Heavy duty and a very strong seal. Haven't tried one with Champagne yet, but I would trust it to stay in place.

Great quality, a bit pricey compare to the stores like marshals, homesense or homewoods they sell the set of two for $5.99. So I returned my purchase.
