The perfect mold for omurice. I haven't had any problems with my rice sticking in the mold, but you can easily brush the inside with oil if you're worried about that. I stick mine in the dishwasher to clean it. Super easy to use, clean, and the size works great for one serving.

Honestly, there's not much else to say. I guess my only complaint is that it's smaller than the picture implies, but that's also my fault for not looking at the dimensions of the product. Otherwise, it's great.

I saw this on Youtube and I watched a lot of videos on how to make Omurice and I got the courage to order it and voila! I got it, fast and just like I saw on the videos. The product is sturdy and well made and I can't wait to make Omurice, I hope it is just as good.

Be very careful when molding rice; the thin metal of these molds conducts heat and can easily burn your hand. Still, if you are careful, the fact that the metal conducts heat so well will keep your rice hot while you finish preparing the rest of your meal.

I had this for a while now and I would buy again. My kids love Omurice and this simplifies things. The handle jiggles a little but overall it is well made.
