For the price , it’s an awesome product. Wanted to add a little zing to meals. Kids are back from college doing online classes. Daily meal preparation is a chore. It did what it was supposed to do. Had a lot of fun using this product. Cooks well. The skewer is a little flimsy and moves when you try to shave the meat. Holding it with a tong or fork with a very sharp serrated knife works well. If have to shut off both the heat and rotisserie while cutting to avoid getting your hand burn. May be you can use a heat resistant gloves. It didn’t work for me so I shut both off. You have to light again with a lighter. 5-7 pounds fills the rotisserie pretty well. I haven’t tried more than that. I haven’t tried chicken , afraid that it will cook unevenly and not be safe. Will try again.I recommend this product.

I purchased this in December, but didn't use it until June. Now it's too late to get my money back.It didn't come with a user's manual. We hooked it up to gas, turned it on and NOTHING BUT GAS LEAKED. It did not ignite on it's own. We used a lighter to light and only one side lit. The other side kept leaking gas and it nearly exploded. DEFECTIVE DEFECTIVE DEFECTIVE Design and Extremely Dangerous!

This is by far the best family size Shawarma Grill I ever had. Very easy to use, efficient. I made beef and chicken Shwarma and they were great. Very easy to use. Worth every dollar. Make sure to buy very sharp knife with this type of grill, it will make your life much better when you shave the meat

Out the box it looked as the picture showsOn trying to light up the burners would not work I removed the bottom plate and found the gas jets had moved repositioned them in the correct position reassembled and now they work

I liked this unit a lot when it worked. I used it about 6 times at the most and the power switch broke off and came apart in my hand. I'm out of the return window but for a unit that is supposed to be rated for "Commercial" use as the description says it sure was flimsy. Amazon offered no relief and the manufacturer does not provide contact info to Amazon and it's contact info is not available online.On edit: Amazon also has a replacement switch available and they are cheap. If you have this problem make sure you get the correct rated switch replacement.

We had this on the table for 20 minutes trying to figure out how the stick would stay upright whilst it rotated. After a frustrating 20 minutes, a staff came up and said that the T shaped metal piece was where you'd insert the stick to have it stabilized. The problem was that it was supposed to be welded to the actual unit. Very poor design and/or workmanship. If I knew how to weld, I would have kept it. Returned. Never got to use it so 2 stars for the inconvenience.

I bought this equipment in December 2021 as a Christmas gift to my father. Because of the winter weather he could not use it till spring time. The equipment arrived on-time and didn't look damaged. When we just recently tried to use it, the left burner was not operating properly. We didn't think too much of it, as we thought our propane tank was running low. We decided to take a look at in by opening it from the bottom and the line connecting the propane gas to the burner was disconnected. The connection on the copper line is not even a threaded connection. This could have blown up and seriously endangered everyone around. DONT BUY THIS. AMAZON SHOULD NOT BE SELLING THIS EQUIPMENT EITHER.
