I was very excited to receive this counter but that excitement left pretty quickly. The accuracy was extremely poor, counting several batches incorrectly with inconsistent sums. It would send every other bill (that were perfectly fine) to the reject pocket even after sensitivity adjustments. You’ll spend more time recounting bills from the reject pocket than the time it’s supposed to save you for having one. Even then, I still wanted to make it work… The final straw was when a batch of bills that was previously counted about 75% correct, was put thru again, this time without being counted at all- every single one went to the reject pocket. No jams though, I will say that! Lol. Maybe I got a defective machine but I definitely expected more from this product. I usually don’t leave negative reviews like this but unfortunately this ZZAP money counter was that awful. On its way back!

This machine is junk. constantly comes up with different values for same stack of bills. Rejects way too many bills. Rejection bin spits money all over the floor. They say its central bank certified, cant believe that. Might need to send some videos to the central bank. Very frustrating machine

I’ve used this machine now for a week or two and has counted at least a hundred thousand dollars quickly and efficiently. Several cash heavy businesses that we use also use and recommend this machine so we figured we’d give it a try. So far I’m glad we did. It has a lot of features like facing and orienting the money that we don’t use but maybe will in the future. Right now we use the counting feature that counts mixed bills as well as the printing feature that tells total value as well as breaks it down to denomination, qty and value of each denomination. There is a more expensive version of this machine that’s rebranded as kolibri that seems to be the same machine from a different company that’s $500 more expensive but the branding seems to be the only difference other than price. I would stick with the zzap. This machine is a big time saver and is very accurate! I will update this if we have any issues in the future.

It's definitely a value for the $ we paid for it. It cuts our work time in half easily. It's accuracy is on point every time. It's awesome....worth it's weight in gold.
