Loved that they threaded easily onto my tapered spindle on my bench motor/polisher. Make sure you have your motor turned on the lowest speed and simply place the center of the wheel onto the end of the tapered spindle to achieve a self centered connection. Otherwise, if screwed on manually you will end up with a lopsided wheel and therefore lopsided results!They're held together very well but are soft enough to be dressed if you happen to wear one part put faster then another. They do CUT. They are NOT like the 3M DEBURRING wheels. So don't confuse them for that. Those wheels won't change the shape of your project, this wheel will. It puts a very nice shine one the project at hand as well. So far nothing bad to say about them! Not to mention the arrived the next morning after I ordered them. Totally cool.

These do the trick with more bang for your dollar. They wear fairly quickly with some applications, so I keep various sizes as they shrink in diameter for certain tasks. I have used them on copper bracelets latelyรขโฌโcuffs and woven spirals, mostly.

Don't know how long these will last as they are very lightweight woven fiber type material then remind me a little bit of a really tight weave Scotch-Brite wheel I use them so far to clean and decontaminate soldering iron tips

Arbor hole fits small bench grinder spindle. These are great for cleaning rusted metal parts. Good value for money.

I purchased these to use on my HF 3" mini benchtop grinder (The little orange one) as the stock grey wheels work great but don't sell in a multi pack.These wheels have pretty much NO give or flex on hem like the HF ones. They are very hard and stiff and so they may work on steel, but not good for aluminum, brass copper etc as they are just too hard. The material itself is different they don't polish as well even though they are harder.Also because they are so hard with no give. They are not completely centered on the shaft so they bang the item you are trying to grind or polish because the hole is not centered or are out of round.

I polish rocks with these pads with my mini bench grinder and they work great with a little bee's wax too. The 5 pack is very affordable.
