This was a perfect replacement lock and key set for the one that came in my Haul-Master Tongue Box. That lock had cheap flat keys that bent easily and broke with straightening. Even though there ws a replacement number on the key, when I called customer service they said they could not replace. The round keys that came with this set will not bend or break. Just had to adjust the angle on the locking lever slightly and it fit like a glove. Price was right too. Locksmith would have charged me that to cut a key. Local hardware didn't have the appropriate blank. If you are considering using as a replacement look carefully at the dimension diagrams. I found this after looking at quite a few and it was almost identical. Love the round key style for durability.

Fits my US General 30" Tool Cart lock, I was unable to find a direct replacement from Harbor Freight. This fits pretty well and was inexpensive.

Had to Remove this a few times to set the lock swing angle properly, upon finally setting the angle properly when I went to tighten the lock arm down, the bolt just spins now, its stuck to my toolbox and will need to be cut off with a reciprocating saw, complete waste of 20 minutes and $10, don't cheap out on this lock, its not worth the possible thousands of dollars in stolen or misplaced tools.

Didn’t quite understand the “flat†catch , but improvision cured that … mostly due to my needs being a lock to a small “donations box†.. 2†lid etc. Another glitch for me involves the keys. They don’t enter the cylinder very far/deep at all and tend to “drop out†if you ease up on your grip, expecting the key to support itself while in the cylinder … doesn’t happen. Directions of use, recommended applications are extremely minimal and not useful or present. Quality of material seems good, parts did work well with each other, worth the cost when After improvising with all said and done, it worked for me. I actually would buy it again but only because I’m familiar with it and know how to make it work for me.

I recently purchased two of these locks.And I must express my disappointment in this product.The locks are not as firm as I expected, with noticeable movement in their cylinders.And both locks can be turned with the same key, raising concerns about security.

super, semble robuste, bon matériel, jai meme recu avant la date de livraison. jai acheté pour changer la serrure sur mon coffre a outils.. ne fesait pas mais a cause de la longueur de la 'tige barrante' avec un peu de 'fitting' ca fait a merveille ! ;)

Took me 5 minutes to put on and is still going strong. Broke a chunk of the key off and it still works good. No issues.
