I wasn’t sure if this was going to be a good product but overall I was happy with them. I got the 24†drawer slides. Worked just fine. Plastic latch felt flimsy but I have had no issues with them. Close softy, glide well, installed as normal.

Easy to install, good quality, excellent price. Holds a heavy wooden tray with heave air fryer. Soft close works! Great value.

The hardest part of this drawer slide is the slot I have to cut into the drawer, but that is true of all undermount slides. Once the slots are cut and holes are drilled in the drawer for the retaining leg, the rest of the assembly is very easy and straight forward. The soft close is really nice. I highly recommend this product.

The steel material that makes up the structure of the slides appears solid and strong. But the functional materials that help allow for movement of the slides (bearings) and for the soft close mechanism are made of low quality, brittle, plastic parts. There were little pieces of broken plastic parts, and plastic bearings in the bottom of the box upon opening the package. I can’t imagine these plastic parts will hold up under regular normal use. The image shows plastic parts that are not supposed to be visible. The plastic parts are supposed to be contained within the metal slides. But because it is broken, the slides separated upon the first extension before the drawer was even installed. I did not read anything in the posting saying that there were plastic parts, only “rolled steelâ€.Shipping is good and installation instructions are adequate.Upon reporting of the issue, I was quickly sent a replacement part. Their communication and response is great. Unfortunately, the replacement part was broken in the exact same manner. So now I have two broken right hand slides. I requested another replacement which was quickly sent. But this time it had a broken left-hand slide- broken in the exact same way as the other two.Each time they sent a replacement part they sent a full right and left hand set. So now I have enough parts to swap out the bad slide and install the good slide!Five star customer service! I now have the functioning slides that I need. It all has ended well.Two star for quality.

They do work quite well but are fairly hard to pull. I only mounted them about 6 months ago but so far they seem to be built to last a long time. If you think of them as child resistant you're less likely to be frustrated by how much pull it takes to open them.

In my kitchen and bathrooms, virtually all of the dampers in my soft-close drawer slides had leaked oil and failed. As a result, the drawers would snap shut with a bang because the dampers were no longer resisting the springs. So, I ordered several boxes of BAIDICE soft-close undermount drawer slides as replacements, with each box containing 6 pairs of slides. Specifically, I purchased 2 boxes of 18" slides (12 pairs of 18" slides) and 4 boxes of 21" slides (24 pairs of 21" slides). However, a surprising number of the slides were defective upon receipt. I ended returning 1 box of the 18" slides and 1 box of the 21" slides. So, from my experience, ~33% of the slides were defective upon receipt.Typically one slide of a pair would open too far or it would not extend far enough. In several instances broken white plastic pieces, presumably from the soft close mechanism, would simply fall off a slide when I first checked to see if the slide would open & close properly. See the photos for details. I don't know if this problem occurs because of quality control issues at the factory in China, or because of insufficient packaging and subsequent damage during shipment. At any rate, I was able to install those slides that did work, but now I'm concerned about the overall quality. I was hoping to get at least 10 years of life, but at this point I have no idea how long they will last. So, as it stands today, most of my kitchen/bath drawers are working properly with soft close, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they continue to work for the foreseeable future... but I guess only time will tell.

One of the glides separated from the track. The glide isn’t smooth at all. The clips won’t last long. I paid seventy 5 dollars cnd. Should have spent more I guess.
