great quality drawer slides, smooth action, soft close feature is great and keeps drawers closed as they should be. One of the better upgrades I installed in my remodeling project! Very easy to mount, as I have suspended drawers where I could only mount by front & rear via brackets; would be even easier if they mounted to cabinet sides! Action is smooth, drawer releases work effortlessly, and much better than other style slides I have come across. I was concerned about the rail width at first, however as assembled? not an issue and I was being overly critical in my project

These are nice slides. They are very heavy duty and perform smoothly when installed. I am giving them four stars due to a small problem with shipping. The slides arrived in a box that did not hold up. It was torn and retaped on both ends. The slides were in good shape, but the screws were missing. I communicated with Vevor and asked if they could send the screws. They were not able to send just the screws, but offered to resend the whole order again and did not ask for a return of the first slides. The second shipment arrived with the box torn, but not quite as bad and the screws were there! I appreciate that Vevor stood behind their product. I did suggest a more robust shipping box and maybe more styrofoam around the slides. The box did not stand a chance against the weight of 10 pairs of slides! Thanks again to Vevor for making it right.

Product was probably fine, but it was missing parts. Manufacturer (Vevor) said to return it to Amazon. My 1 star comes from the fact that I did not have a box, Amazon had the option to pay $6.99 to have a box from UPS. Instead, UPS said no, and I had to pay 20$ and Amazon refused to pay back that $20.

After I first installed the guides I found that they were sluggish and didn't operate well. I ended up taking the guides off and washed them in mineral spirits and thus removing all the heavy oils and now they operate effortlessly. I'm sure since they come from China, that they're greased up to prevent rust from the salt water trip.

We received the box w one whole end of the box gone. Now I’m sure that’s not the shippers fault. There were no instructions, information or anything included. No markings as to right or left. NOTHING!Whose fault that is I’m not sure? But that’s why I had to give a 3 star rating. As for the product if we can figure them out they may be ok tho the ball bearing piece seems a little flimsy. Not sure if I would buy again or not. I’ll try to update as I see how they last

These are every bit as good as any other slide on the market and the price is absolutely amazing. They’re soft close and it came with very thorough instructions. I’m very happy to have found these because I’ve bought them in the past but paid triple the price at HD. Highly recommend.

There's a lot of resistance to open and close. I purchased an exact replica of my old ones so I knew they would fit the area. They are much better than what I had. 2 of the springs already broke on one drawer, it no longer closes softly. But still functional.Overall quality is very good. Easy to install. Cost it good.
