Each Poly camlock fittings type D has a gasket already assembled in the coupler.
Decriptions:
Connection
- The female side of this coupler will connect to 2" male adapter.
- The female threaded side of this coupler will connect to a 2" male National Pipe Tapered (NPT) .
How It Works:
- To make a connection, simply put the camlock adapter into the female copuler and with normal hand pressure, press the cam levers down.
- Uncoupling is as quick and simple as coupling. Just lift the cam arms and remove the adapter.

I am setting up a fire suppression trailer for my house and property. I bought this and the corresponding BANJO version to to compare. They will be used to connect my pump to my tank and hose. This one is much thinner in construction of the body, as well as the camloc arms. I don't trust it to maintain strength in use and under pressure. Very simply, I would not bet my life and property on this one, just to save $12.If your use is "not life or death", then this one is probably fine. But I have learned to "buy once, cry once" when it comes to "critical" gear.In the pictures the BANJO is on the left, the Quafwia is on the right.
