The ProTapes Pro Gaff white gaffer's tape is 11 mil thick, 1" wide, and 55 yd. long, and is made from matte cloth with a rubber adhesive to conform to irregular surfaces and remove cleanly without residue from most surfaces. The tape, also known as gaffer or gaffers' tape, is printable and suitable for a range of applications including wire and equipment labeling as well as temporary cable hold down and sealing. It resists abrasion and can be torn by hand. The tape can be used outdoors and withstands temperatures from 50 to 200 degrees F. Tensile strength is 45 lb. per inch.

Quality product. We sometimes refer to this as camera tape. Not as versatile as the 2 inch gaffers tape but sometimes all you want is a 1 inch tape that is strong, tears evenly, and holds like a quality tape should hold. Recommended.

I'm not a stage technician or someone who regularly works with gaffer's tape so take my review with a grain of, "this is just a layman". Having said that, this tape *seems* like quality to me. It sticks fantastically well to itself and doesn't leave a residue when removed (if you don't try to peel it off like The Hulk). It also tears SO WELL! Don't bother with scissors! You can tear this stuff and what's left over will LOOK like it was cut with scissors (it's that clean). I expect you won't get that level of nicety with poorer quality gaffer's tape but remember, I'm not really an expert in this kind of product 🤷

I use it for book repairing the inside works fine just it hurts the bank but don't want to risk it with other brands

I bought this to cover up some wire along my white baseboard and it does a great job for that purpose. It is adhesive enough to keep up for a long time (I've had that wire taped there for half a year and it shows no sign of moving). But I've seen so many great solutions for this easily-removable adhesive tape. It is strong enough to do lots of temporary or semi-permanent things and I continue to find new uses for it constantly. Great buy!

I use it to temporarily hold things together. No residue left when you peel it off, and the 1" width is perfect. It does take a bit of effort to tear, but nothing insane. Yes, I'd buy again.

Holds well easy to cut and forgiving when placing. Nice white blends well with household white paints.

****edit11/30/24Turns out it sticking a little bit better after I prepped the surface by cleaning with alcohol to remove some of the wax . Giving it a 4 star now and will order another rollThey are not sticking too well on my car . As you can see on the photos . I tried attaching Christmas lights but they easily come off . Very upsetting cause I spent hours doing this
