Firm handle
The connection between the handle and the griddle pan is very strong, with subtle details that are not easily damaged, and a lightweight design that makes the entire griddle pan integral.
The matte high-temperature lacquer coating on the exterior of the griddle pan is highly scratch-resistant and also allows the oven body and handle to articulate well together. The smooth handle is also very comfortable to hold.

I like that it is not heavy, it is easy to clean, and it takes very little time to heat up. I had purchased others and they took too long to heat up because they were too thick.

Heats up nicely. No smell even the first time. Did as they recommended & washed & dried it before I used.Kind of light weight, I mostly either cook pancakes or grilled cheese. I just let the pan cool, they clean with a paper towel or give it a quick wash & dry it & put it away.Nice pan, good for the price. Would definitely buy again..

This is a very nice pan and heavy.not thin. It works really good and sits flat on my stove. The handle has to be attached to pan and a screwdriver comes with pan!. Very nice!

Bought this for one reason, and one reason only. Street tacos. This is perfect for heating up corn and flower tortillas. You CAN cook an egg on it, but that's not what it's built for IMHO. It's great for throwing down a tortilla or 4 (if they are street size). It is my go-to pan for Mexican night!

Very difficult to find a flat stove top square griddle! Ordered this one and I am disappointed but not surprised. You get what you pay for! It is too lightweight to last long.
