I have glass, flattop burners, i.e., induction, and it's difficult to find a griddle that works for this kind of stove. The first one I bought was too long; it wouldn't sit flat on the burner because the handle would hit the back of the stove. This one fits perfectly. It heats well, and it's nice non-stick.

I actually got it for use with our new smoker pellet grill. My husband loves to make baby back ribs but a search for something with a large enough width to accommodate a full rack of ribs proved difficult.This is a perfect size, and with the low sides we are able to reach into the grill and turn the ribs easily. Once they are done, it's easy to carry with the low handles. But using thick oven mitts is recommended because the handles are not covered with heat resistant material. When using a smoker grill, we use lower temperatures so I have not had any issues so far with it warping. I also like the non stick surface and how lightweight it is.

Muy mala calidad las agarraderas se super calientan ya me queme varias veces y en unos cuantos usos esta super desanivelado no lo volvería a comprar!!!

This product does not have stay cool handles and will burn you while cooking. Do not let kids near these!!
