Light weight magnetic hooks which will hold a light weight jacket or a few shirts. Bought these for a cruise. Stuck them right on the walls. However they do slide down if you attempt to put too much on them

Using these to hold up the front part of a wire shelf that's holding houseplants and am really impressed! I was concerned since I couldn't use them as a top-down option, which is their stronger hold, but so far so good! No sliding down at all so far and it's been over a month.

I recently used these magnetic hooks on a cruise. It took 3 magnetic hooks to hold up one hanger holding the hanging closet organizer. We found these magnets very helpful, however, I would definitely say they do not hold 40 lbs even when hanging from the ceiling. It took 3 to hold the organizer which was probably around 25 lbs with clothes in it.

I have 22 lb hooks and 125 lb hooks. These do fall between the two I use in strength, so seem to be in the advertised range of 80 lbs.

These are perfect to stay in your carry-on and use in hotels and on cruises. I hung them in the bathroom for extra towel Space and bathing suits . Perfect for hanging up hats.

Absolutely great! I love these things! The are perfect for hanging things that aren't too heavy but I also haven't tried to hang anything too heavy yet. They are fairly strong though and I'm glad I made the purchase.
