Just what I needed for my soldering station. Fits 60x60mm perfectly. Thickness is just as advertised at just over 1cm

They start out very thin. Once you get them wet, they will never go back to being as thin as they started. There is an area for a hole in the center if you need that, I didn't. I had to cut them smaller to fit in my tray. This will be enough sponges for many years.

It fits and works as it should. No complaints.

Spongy. I would definitely say they're spongy. So sponge like that I would dare to say they are sponges. No much flavor either....use a little salt when you take lunch....

Perfect fit for my antique Weller WTCPN. And they work fine. the hole is punched but not removed, so you have the option.

For my first ever soldering sponge I like it a lot. You mu h have a place to place it on though because it will be annoying and dangerous if it moves everytime you use use it as the soldering iron might move and burn you or any wires nearby.

Perfect for my office/music space. Keeps the sound in my area. Reduction in echos.

First glance, its a synthetic sponge. Not much to get excited about. Easily trimmed to fit needs/space.The one thing I dislike greatly is that it dries out stupid fast. Water retention is horrible.Once it does dry out, the sponge WILL melt. Probably why they have multiples in the bag. For the price, tolerable but wont be buying again.

Product works fine but stated dimensions (60mm x 60mm) are wrong. Product is more or less 55mm x 55mm with 8mm thickness. If you have a 60mm x 60mm sponge tray you will end up with gaps.
