I use these to pin my socks together when I throw them in the laundry basket. They are easy to use and safely stay pinned - unlike some others that come unpinned and stick you. And the colors are fun. I thought they were a bargain.

They are fine for my needs - keeping socks together in the wash. They seem sturdy for that. The metal is lighter than my current pins. I don’t know if they would be as long lasting. The delivery was as expected which was good.

These diaper pins are exactly what we needed. I use them in the laundry to pin socks together and they work great so we don't end up w/a loan sock looking for it's mate. Especially useful for kids socks!!

Diaper pins are useful for all sorts of things around the house (besides pinning milk money to our smocks, which is what our mothers did back in the stone age). Emergency key rings, remedying wardrobe malfunctions, pinning the duvet cover to the duvet, stitch holders for small knitting projects, etc. And these have the added benefits of strength and being brightly coloured.However, the pinning part of these is orientated backwards somehow. If you've ever used diaper pins, you'll remember that the opening is in the front and you have to slide the sharp part over to get it open; it's a safety feature so you don't let all the air out of the baby accidentally. These have the opening on the back, as you control the sharp part with your thumb. It means you have to be a bit more careful not to jab yourself (or the baby, if you're using them that way).

I was unable to locate diaper pins in local stores when I was putting together my emergency Grandma Bag, that I use when visiting my newborn grandchild. Though cloth diapers are rarely used any longer, diaper pins are very versatile for a variety of uses, so I was happy to find these. The pack is substantial and there are a variety of colors, so they're suitable for craft projects too!
