I have a lot of flair! I love wearing flair at comicons. Unfortunately, most of my flair came with the metal backings that tend to slip off or fall off. I never notice it when they come off. I just notice that the flair is hanging weird or about to fall off. I had one piece of flair that came with the black rubbery backing and noticed that I never had an issue with it slipping or falling off. I ordered this product and replace ALL my flair pieces with these rubber backings. They fit every piece of flair and now that flair is nicely secured to my t-shirts and lanyards.

No more metal pin-back scars and holes on my forehead from losing the backing. These stay permanent once they're on and you don't even feel you have a pin-back on. Glad I bought the 100-pack of these, because I spent most of the day re-pinning all my U.S. Army medals, awards, and ribbons on my dress blues and BDU's.....and whatever else I need to re-pin. Exactly like my Fire/EMS/Rescue agency issued to personnel. I may be retired, but I still wear pins on everything, and these are solid, reliable, and effective. No more craniotomies from pinning my bald head every time I bump my hatred head against solid objects because the metal original took a hike.
