  • Solar Panel Power: minimum 200W, maximum 1100W
  • Creative MPPT tech makes efficiency higher than 99%. Peak conversion 80%. Consider the conversion rate of solar panel is about 80%, for example, if you need 500W power output from the inverter, you need to connect it to a solar panel that 500 / 0.8 / 0.8 equals about 780W, (780w * 0.8 * 0.8 = 500w)
AC Output

  • Please be noted, This grid tie inverter cannot be used as off grid/stand alone solar system. The output need to be connected to the grid power. Can not supply power directly to the AC loads.
  • DO NOT use solar controller load ports to connect to the inverter

Easy to install, DC connect your solar panel (red terminals connect "+", black terminals connect "-")

Note 1: Do not connect the positive and negative poles. The LED will not light up.

Note 2: Please tighten the DC end of the inverter. Avoid loosening and short circuits.

The AC cord to the inverter 3 foot outlet, then the AC cord to home 3 pin AC outlet.The switch of the home outlet must be turned on.

Note 1: The local power grid must be normal. In case of power failure, the inverter will automatically stop working (island protection)

Note 2: The household outlet switch must be turned on. Otherwise, the inverter cannot be synchronized to the grid.

I read many reviews about overheating on these units burning them up prematurely some only lasting weeks. I added 2 120mm fans and a temperature controller and put the temp probe at one of the fan ports on the inverter unit. This will activate the auxiliary fan anytime it reaches over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I also built brackets to give it plenty of space away for additional airflow and put the fans in that space to increase cooling from the bottom. Overall only spent about $18 for the additional cooling so hopefully I can get this to last a while.

The first one I received the fan ran all the time. Replacement working ok for now.

What I see looks like is making plenty of energy. Just don’t like it don’t have a display.

It is advertised to put out 1000 watts. It only puts out 160 watts. Going to try to return it.

Product is as described. I have it hooked up to (4) 100 watt rich solar panels. When it gets a little warm to the touch the fans turn on and that is all the warmer it gets. I give it a buy recommendation.

I have 2 of these which only produce half of what is connected to them.One has 495 watts worth of panels connected, the most I've seen from it is about 150W being produced.I have 780 watts of panels connected to this specific on my camper and the most production I've seen is 400W.The reason I know this is I have a power monitoring system connected to my breaker box on all breakers.The only thing I can figure is that these are advertised as 110v but are actually 220v which would explain where the other 50% of the power is going.I'm not sure what the deal is but I'd expect to see upwards toward 80% production at peak not 50% max.

Don't buy only worked for a month. Seller doesn't stand behind there product . Of course it quits 2 days after the return date.
